Kim Fillio

Today, the world lost an amazing talent and beautiful person. Kim Fillio is with God now. My heart is with her 5 children, her grandchild, and her husband, Tim. Kim's OOAK child fairies were very popular collectibles. She simply had magic in her fingers. She never ceased to amaze us with her creativity and imagination. You can see Kim's work on her site at this link:

I am having a difficult time believing that she is really gone. Kim and I have known each other for several years. Kim, a more seasoned artist than I, was always so generous to share her knowledge and techniques with other artists. I was blessed to know her and to have learned from her.

The fairy world will never be quite the same without Kim.

We love you and will miss seeing your sweet creations. Rest in peace. Nothing can ever hurt you again.

Sue Anne, this is the most beautiful thing I have ever read. I knew kim for over 8 years now and I am having such a difficult time wrapping my brain around this. I cannot believe she is gone either. Thank you for writing such a beautiful tribute about her. She will be so missed.. and she was such an incredibly beautiful soul. I love and miss her so much already.

This was just beautiful! Im still in shock and numb. I have lit a candle for Kim everyday and there was never a day that has gone by I haven't thought of her. She was the most beautiful person inside and out. My heart now goes out to her family and all loved ones. I will never never forget you Kim. I will always love you and I thank God that he gave me a great opportunity to meet you and experience your heart of love for all. Barbara

What a wonderful tribute to your friend. I truly believe God puts people in our path for a reason. Your site is so beautiful and your dolls amazing and I'm sure you received much inspiration from your friend. May her legacy live on through you Sue Ann. I have been touched and may God be with you and her family at this time of sorrow. Ginger
